Maybe it's due to my college years spent eating chick-fil-a for lunch...But once in a while you just gotta have some. Nuggets with honey mustard and their waffle fries. YUMMMMMM!! Their grilled chicken sandwich is pretty good too but i definitely like the nuggets. Careful digging in though...they're always SUPER hot...grab a fork or else be ready for some burnt fingers! I usually eat some fries while i wait for my nuggets to cool :p Oh ya...their shakes are good too but i swear...i always feel sick after...not sure if im becoming lactose or if it's just TOO rich. it's super thick tho...and yummy...

How can anyone dislike Chick-fil-A? It's awesome! They give out free samples. They use real chicken and everything is hot when you order. They are generous with their sauces, unlike McDonald's... You can get as many sauces as you want. Not too much else to say about a fast food chain - this place rocks!

Ban hate! Please don't go here. You are giving money to a company that breeds hate. I'm sure everyone has experienced some person who was mean or rude. Look at what this company has done. Truitt Cathy, I hope you burn in hell.

I love a good chicken sandwich the same way I love a marriage : gay, straight, or otherwise; yet full of flavor and passion. Really, I don't see a reason for people to post a Yelp review for one location of a chain based on comments made by someone well up the ladder of the company but hey... Internetz, right? Anyhow, this location does not disappoint. They are very good at handling the crowds and on multiple occasions while sitting in the food court a manager has come over and offered to refill my drink. I am always pleased with the service and quality here as I am with most locations.

Quick service, long line ups though, chicken tasted great, really loved my chicken deluxe sandwich and waffle fries, wish they would have updated the food court though, it was so hot in there and kind of dim

Standard chick-fil-a fare, but the chicken tenders always seem a little bigger here. Very friendly service which seems to be the norm for most of them. Very quick service. RIP Mr. Cathy. You will be missed!

It's sad how excited I get to eat out at Chick-fil-a... after all, it's only FAST FOOD! However, unlike other joints, the chicken nuggets here at REAL breast meat and you can definitely taste the difference! Their waffle fries are almost ALWAYS perfect, and I definitely recommend dipping both your fries AND your nuggets in the Polynesian Sauce. Lemonade is super sweet but goes well with the nuggets and fries.

I have never tried this chain before. I have always known it was very, very popular but never had the urge. I had the #1 sandwich, fries and a diet Coke. Quite a bargain at $6.50. The sandwich contained a nice filet of nicely cooked chicken. The bun had I think butter on it so was expectedly soft but quite nice. There were two small slices of the cheapest kind of pickle. I tossed those and half the bun ( a blood sugar thing). The result was sort of a pleasant tasting, sort of sandwich. BUT almost any chicken sandwich I've ever had in the last 70 yrs was better. They all cost more by $1-20 so to be fair I got a meal for 6.50. The fries were cold and soggy. I only get to eat two anyway. The BS thing. The coke was a cup of ice vaguely flavored. BUT even though this is the largest shopping mall in the US, a nice young lady walks around the tables asking those with C F A. Bags how was the food. She personally corrected everything. So I ate one much better fry and had a well flavored dCoke. All in all I am unlikely to try this chain again, but this chain might be fine for many people who are hungry and looking for a good value. The sign says not Sunday's.

Between the crowds and lines there is something special about this Chick-fil-a. Those at the check-out are always overly friendly and you often seen the owner there working along side of everything. For an area with so many people only around for work or shopping this very much has a neighborhood feel.

I love chic fila, but this one is one of THE best ones I have ever eaten at in the country! The spicy chicken deluxe here is unbelievable. Their chicken is always hot and fresh and delicious. They are always busy but very efficient so the service is always good!

Fastest Chick-Fil-A in the universe (and polite!) which is always super appreciated. I will typically stop here if I'm at the Plaza near mealtime. So, it's a Chick-Fil-A where you can get delicious chicken and waffle fries really quick!
(5)
Kirstie L.
This place fucking sucks. The employees are slow as fuck. The food sucked. There was about 3.5 pounds of half cooked, fake grilled peppers and onions on my breakfast burrito. The manager and cashier were both rude to a Spanish family. Fuck this place.

More Chick-Fil-A Please! Its the In-n-Out of Chicken! I usually go with the Number 1 with Chick-Fil-A sauce, its Crazy DELICIOUS! If you are ever tired of burgers or craving a chicken sandwich go here, you cant go wrong.

This continues to be, without a doubt, one of my fave fast food locations in KOP. The service is always quick and friendly, I never have issues with my order, and I'm in and out in under a few minutes (unless its lunch time, but they still move pretty quick!) Definitely a place to hit up if you need to eat in the mall!

So, I don't typically patronize chick Fil A, because of their belief that all people don't have the right to be treated equally, but someone gave me a coupon for one of their medium ice coffee, what a rip off, this drink was about 12 ounces and mostly ice. They normally charge 2.50 for it. I would never pay that much for a cup of ice with an ounce of coffer and 2ounces of milk. The drink it self was nothing to rave about either. I ended up going to dunkin' donuts for a real good size serving of coffee that only cost me 99c. No I will not be returning to chick fil A for anything. I can't in good conscience, knowingly support any establishment that believes in separate treatment for any group of people. I respect their beliefs, but when it borders on bigotry and the advocacy of denying any one group of people equal treatment, that I cannot agree with. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, so says the Constitution, it does not specify a right or wrong way to achieve these basic rights of every American.

Chick-Fil-A is a fast food chain, and service is as good as you can expect, and there's always someone in the front trying to pawn off a sample, which is really creepy, but I still have my moments when I fall for their disgustingly greasy, mass produced chicken-esque blobs of meat. For those who haven't heard of Chick-Fil-A (what, they haven't yet reached their chicken tendrils where you live/work?), try their chicken nuggets - or whatever the heck they call them - and get a side of cole slaw. You might want to get a chocolate milkshake too - it's half-decent, and it'll clear your gullet - you'll either upchuck or thank me. Either way, there's ample seating in the food court for you to suffer in. Honestly, no matter what I write, or what star rating I give, you're going here if you like them or blowing that pop stand if you don't.

Beth M.
I don't understand the draw. The chicken is spicier than a typical fast food place, so that's a plus, and the waffle fries are good but how can you screw up waffle fries? What I can't get over is the sickly-sweet rolls. They're gross, so spongy and wet and soft too. I shouldn't be able to roll my sandwich into a ball.

This Chick-fil-a is one of the fastest ones I have been to. They are very polite, and the managers are super helpful. The food is always hot and tasty. This is my go to Chick-fil-a in the area because of the service. The only thing that stinks about it is that it is in the mall, but that is just a minor bump in the road to some awesome chicken sandwiches.

I'd never recommend eating at a fast food joint, but if you have to, Chick-Fil-A is probably the best you are gonna do. For whatever reason the service and quality of food (such as it is) is always a step above the other guys, and they offer more healthy options as well (that don't taste like cardboard). Even if you just want a lemonade and fries it can be pretty tasty. This location in particular is the only one I've been to recently, and even when crowded they keep things moving fairly well and are always pleasant.

I've been eating at Chick-Fil-A my whole life.... it's way better than fast food. It's way better than any food actually! Number 5 please, 8-pack with an iced tea...Oh wait, I'm hungover, better make it a 12-pack! Chicken rules, save the cows!

I used to live in the KoP and when I went to the mall to hang out and look/be cool, I'd always end up at Chick-fil-A because: 1. healthy 2. good tasting 3. good prices That's what all fast food should be. Plus, waffle fries. Plus this one has some great seating. I miss it now. Only recently has CFA shown up in California. 'bout time! I'd give them 5 stars, but they're closed on Sundays. I know the reasons behind it, but get a grip, you're losing 17% of your business this way.

Best. Fast. Food. Ever. Exhibit A: Waffle Fries. The pinnacle of potato perfection. Exhibit B: Real Lemonade. Lemons, cane sugar, water. What does it say about our society that this is a big deal? Exhibit C: The chicken sandwich. The best tasting chicken sandwich on the planet. Ok, they use MSG. Worth noting if you have issues with that. But I don't. Oh my lord is it good. My only complaint to Chick-fil-A HQ is that we need one in CT. You hear that, Chick-fil-A? You're killing me up here! I'm an addict! I need my fix, damn it!

I love this location! It's actually in the mall so it's not as easy to get to but it's worth the stop. The service is fast and the people there are nice! I feel like they know that fast food is called "fast food" for a reason so they don't make people wait. Smiles all around and sometimes free samples too. The counters are clean and the food is always hot and fresh. I would go out of my way to come here. Yay Chickfila!

When I'd go visit my cousins in Pennsylvania--we'd go to the mall and eat here! It was my favorite place! I loved their chicken nuggets and fries! I'd go nuts for the meal! Drooling! Homer would approve!
